What happens if our return flight is delayed?

We constantly monitor live flight statuses via radar tracking apps. Our driver arrives based on when your wheels actually touch down on the tarmac. You will never be left waiting, and you are never penalized or charged extra for flight delays beyond your control.

Which airports does Steve's Minibus serve?

Our most frequent routes are Manchester Airport (MAN) and Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LPL). We also frequently handle long-distance transfers to Leeds Bradford (LBA), Birmingham Airport (BHX), and East Midlands on request.

Where do you drop off and pick up at the airports?

At Manchester Airport, we pull directly into the dedicated drop-off bays right outside departures for Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3. On your return, we coordinate your group by phone as soon as you clear baggage reclaim and meet at the designated passenger collection point.

Luggage Capacity & Trailer

Is there enough room for 16 passengers and luggage?

Yes. Our 16-seater minibus features a spacious rear boot for standard luggage. For large family holidays, cruise trips, or golf tours with oversized flight cases, Steve provides an enclosed weatherproof luggage trailer on request, keeping all 16 seats 100% free of bags.

Can golf societies bring flight bags and trolleys?

Absolutely. We regularly transport golf parties to championship courses along the Southport Golf Coast and UK tournaments. Our trailer handles up to 16 full-sized flight travel bags plus push trolleys and luggage easily.

Are child seats or booster seats permitted?

Yes. Parents are welcome to bring their own child car seats or boosters. You can safely leave them on board during your trip so they are ready for the return journey home.

How do I get a price for our journey?

Are there any hidden costs or surge pricing?

Never. What Steve quotes is what you pay. We operate on a fixed upfront pricing model covering tolls, agreed airport drop-off fees, and journey legs. No surge pricing, no meter ticking in traffic.

How do payments work?

Payment arrangements are discussed and agreed directly with Steve when you book. Invoiced business accounts are available for regular corporate clients.

Can we have multiple pickup or drop-off addresses?

Yes. We routinely arrange multi-point pickups across Skelmersdale, Ormskirk, Burscough, and neighbouring towns so everyone in the group gets collected from their home door. Just mention your stops when getting your quote.
